To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp ,Instagram DM or email us within 3 days of delivery. The outfit must be unused, with tags intact.
If the exchange is requested due to personal size issues, the customer bears the shipping cost. But if we’ve sent the wrong size/item by mistake, we’ll take full responsibility for shipping.
